Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 in. square pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Transfer mixture to 9 in. pan and gently press down, covering the entire pan with graham crackers.
Top with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and nuts. Drizzle the entire can of sweetened condensed milk over the top, covering the entire pan. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until coconut is toasted on the top.
Remove from oven and cool before cutting into squares.
Store in an airtight container.
