Gluten Free Guacamole

Guacamole is an easy, go-to appetizer that is healthy and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe Haas avocados
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out avocado flesh from the skin. Discard the skin and pit. Place avocado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until most clumps are gone. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Taste the guacamole (without a chip or anything salty!) and add more salt or spices if needed.
